Generally, the MissingKey/Cookie error you are facing is caused by your web browser blocking third-party cookies. Each browser acts differently, but below are instructions on how to allow those cookies in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox:

Chrome:

    Computer

  1. Open Settings
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click on Advanced
  3. Under Privacy and security, click on Site Settings
  4. Click on Cookies and site data
  5. Make sure Block third-party cookies and site data is not toggled
  6. Refresh your page (if a normal refresh doesn't work, try clearing cache* and refreshing).

Alternative - only allow cookies from eDynamic Learning

  1. Open Settings
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click on Advanced
  3. Under Privacy and security, click on Site Settings
  4. Click on Cookies and site data
  5. Beside the Allow option, click Add
  6. Add the site url exactly as follows: [*.]edynamiclearning.com

     Mobile - Android/iOS

At this time, there is no way to allow 3rd party cookies in Chrome for mobile devices. It is recommended you use either Safari or Firefox.

Safari:

    Computer

  1. Go to the Safari drop-down menu (top left, beside the apple icon).
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Click Privacy in the top panel.
  4. Uncheck Prevent Cross-site Tracking. (Note: Safari has an interesting glitch. If this is already unchecked, try checking it, then unchecking again).
  5. Refresh your page (if a normal refresh doesn't work, try clearing cache* and refreshing).
  6. If the issue continues after refresh, try going back to the Privacy tab and unchecking Block all Cookies.

    Mobile

  1. Open Settings
  2. Scroll down and tap Safari
  3. Under Privacy & Security, select Block Cookies
  4. In the list that appears, select Always Allow

Firefox:

    Computer

  1. Go to the Firefox drop-down menu.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Click Privacy.
  4. Under Cookies, select the option 'Accept cookies from sites.'
  5. Refresh your page (if a normal refresh doesn't work, try clearing cache* and refreshing).

    Mobile

  1. Tap the menu icon. This is the icon with 3 bars. On older Android devices you'll have to press the hardware menu key and then tap More.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Data Management
  4. Ensure that the switch for Cookies is set to ON (the switch should be blue)
