Update - Oct 18

As we could not find a quick solution to the cookie invalidation issue affecting our system yesterday, we have rolled back the update and returned the server to the previous state. From early morning this morning, the loading issue should be resolved.

We have taken the performance update back to testing to determine the reason for the conflict with client cookies. Once further analysis is done, and we are confident that we can re-implement the update without impacting client cookies, we will update this article.

If you are seeing any other issues regarding content not loading, please report them by creating a ticket at http://support.edynamiclearning.com/support/tickets/new.

Thank you for your patience,

Original Alert - Oct 17

Please be advised we are aware of a current issue in which course content is not loading for some users.

Last night, a system update to improve the performance and page load speed of our courses was implemented.

This update has resulted in much faster load times; however, it has also caused an unforeseen conflict with pre-existing cookies on client's computers.

What this means is that if you have previously accessed our courses even as recently as yesterday, today when you load the course you will see a white screen.

We are currently working on a new fix to repair this issue. In the meantime, by simply clearing your cache you will resolve this issue on your end.

Instructions for clearing your cache can be found here:

Chrome: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/9098093
Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache

Safari:

  1. From the Safari menu, select Clear History... or Clear History and Website Data....
  2. Select the desired time range, and then click Clear History.
  3. Go to Safari > Quit Safari or press Command-Q to exit the browser completely.

Edge:

  1. In the top right, click the Hub icon (looks like star with three horizontal lines).
  2. Click the History icon (looks like a clock), and then select Clear all history.
  3. Select Browsing history, then Cookies and saved website data, and then Cached data and files. Click Clear.
  4. After the "All Clear!" message appears, exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience while we resolve it.
