Generally, the MissingKey/Cookie error you are facing is caused by your web browser blocking third-party cookies. Each browser acts differently, but below are instructions on how to allow those cookies in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox:

Chrome:

    Computer

  1. Open Settings
  2. In the left-hand navigation menu, click Privacy and security
  3. Click on Cookies and other site data
  4. Make sure Block third-party cookies is not selected.
  5. Refresh your page (if a normal refresh doesn't work, try clearing cache* and refreshing).

Alternative - only allow cookies from eDynamic Learning

  1. Open Settings
  2. In the left-hand navigation menu, click Privacy and security
  3. Click on Cookies and other site data
  4. Scroll down to sites that can always use cookies and click Add to the right of it.
  5. Add the site url exactly as follows: [*.]edynamiclearning.com

     Mobile - Android

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app
  2. To the right of the address bar, tap More More and then Settings.
  3. Tap Site settings and then Cookies.
  4. Unselect Block third-party cookies

     Mobile - iOS

Unfortunately, at this time, you cannot change the third-party cookies setting in Chrome Mobile for iOS. You can use iOS' inbuilt Safari browser (instructions below).

Safari:

    Computer

  1. Go to the Safari drop-down menu (top left, beside the apple icon).
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Click Privacy in the top panel.
  4. Uncheck Prevent Cross-site Tracking. (Note: Safari has an interesting glitch. If this is already unchecked, try checking it, then unchecking again).
  5. Refresh your page (if a normal refresh doesn't work, try clearing cache* and refreshing).
  6. If the issue continues after refresh, try going back to the Privacy tab and unchecking Block all Cookies.

    Mobile

  1. Open Settings
  2. Scroll down and tap Safari
  3. Under Privacy & Security, untoggle Prevent Cross-site Tracking. (Note: Safari has an interesting glitch. If this is already unchecked, try checking it, exiting Settings, going back in, and then unchecking again).
  4. Refresh your page (if a normal refresh doesn't work, try clearing cache* and refreshing).
  5. If you are using iOS 13+, you may need to also scroll down to the Settings for Websites section and ensure the Request Desktop Website is not toggled, then refresh again if the step above doesn't fix the issue.

Firefox:
