LTI Performance Issues for Retired Courses - October 5th, 2024

Please be aware that there was a temporary outage today affecting retired eDynamic Learning courses. This outage stopped the ability of the retired course content to load via LTI.


,This outage did not affect any current courses, just those that have been retired and replaced. While we are restoring the access, it is advisable that any such retired courses be replaced for new enrollments with the current version(s). You can find guides on how to add the new versions depending on which LMS you use on our support site at https://support.edynamiclearning.com/support/home.


Below is a breakdown of events, which will be updated as we confirm the outage resolution.


10:39am PT - initial ticket received indicating that LTI was not working.


10:40am - 10:50am PT - additional tickets received.


10:55 am PT - eDynamic Learning Development team determined the issue and initiated a fix. This fix may take time to roll out across all courses and servers.


12:15pm PT- restoration of access confirmed for many clients. Fix is still rolling out to others.


1:30pm PT - fix fully deployed. Confirmed return to normal functionality by multiple clients. 


2:00pm PT- outage is now considered fully resolved. If you continue to have issues, please reach out to support@edynamiclearning.com
