Adding Enrollments

BE ADVISED - there is a 30-day grace period during which a student can be enrolled and withdrawn from a course without being charged for the enrollment.

There are two methods which can be used to add enrollments in Buzz.

Method 1: Adding enrollments to a course.

1.  Click on the Course ID for the course you wish to add enrollments to

2.  Click on the Enrollments tab

3.  Click New in the top right

4.  In the User field, click on the menu icon to the right

5. A search menu will appear. Type in the name of the teacher/student and then select them from the list below the search bar.

6. You can add multiple user enrollments to the course by clicking the add + Add Another option. This is useful for adding many students at once.

7. Define the user(s) Role (Teacher, student, observer, or owner)
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish your teacher to have the ability to enroll their students, you will need to assign them the role of OWNER instead of Teacher

8. Fill in the remainder of the details and click Save
