Below are two guides for running a Student Performance Report. The first shows how to do so as an Admin and the second shows how to do so as a teacher.

Running the report as an Admin


1.  From your DOMAIN screen, open the sidebar menu

 


2.  Select the course you wish to run a report about


3.  Choose Student from the navigation tabs at the top of the screen



4. Select the type of report you'd like to run. The two main types that clients tend to use are Student performance by course (1)  and Student performance by teacher (2) . Both these reports will pull all the students, whereas the other option is only for pulling a specific student's information



5.  If you are running a Student performance by course, enter the Course ID or Name:


     If you are running a Student performance by teacher, enter the teacher's User ID or Name: 


 



6.  Select a start date for the report



7.  Select what filter options you'd like. You can choose to Include Past Enrollments (1), Choose Filters (2), or Get all data (3)



  • Include Past Enrollments (1) will allow you to include those students who have completed the course since your indicated start date, even if they were enroled before that date.
  • Choose Filters (2) will allow you to select what information you'd like to see: 
  • Get all data (3) will provide all the options listed above in the filters as well as more; see Agilix's Student Report Glossary for a list of these items.

  

9.  Choose Export to CSV to download your report

 


Running the report as a Teacher


1.  From your HOME screen, open the sidebar menu

 


2.  Select the course you wish to run a report about



3.  Choose Reports

4.  Choose Student from the navigation tabs at the top of the screen



5. Select the type of report you'd like to run. The two main types that clients tend to use are Student performance in the current course (1)  and Student performance in all my courses (2) . Both these reports will pull all the students, whereas the other two options are only for pulling a specific student's information



6.  Select a start date for the report



7.  Select what filter options you'd like. You can choose to Include Past Enrollments (1), Choose Filters (2), or Get all data (3)



  • Include Past Enrollments (1) will allow you to include those students who have completed the course since your indicated start date, even if they were enroled before that date.
