How To Verify Your Email Address


To increase security, Agilix now requires that all users with an email address attached to their account verify that email to ensure proper delivery of any communication using their platforms (for example, emails to students from their teacher using the Communication tool).


To verify your email, simply follow the steps shown below.


Note: If you do not verify your email, you will not be able to receive any messages sent using Buzz's internal Communication Tool.



1. After logging in, click on your profile image (or the silhouette if you haven't set a profile image) and click Settings.


2. There are two places where you will see a request to verify your email. Verifying using one of these options will verify for both.


3. Click Send Code and a code will be emailed to you (double check the email is correct; if not, reach out to your teacher/admin and ask them to correct that). A popup will appear where you will enter your code (when you receive it).


4. Check your email, copy the code sent, and enter it into the Code area in the popup, then click Verify. Please note that the code has a 15 minute lifespan. If that time has elapsed, repeat step 3 above.


That's it! You've now confirmed your email.
