To increase security, Agilix now requires that all users with an email address attached to their account verify that email to ensure proper delivery of any communication using their platforms (for example, emails to students from their teacher using the Communication tool).

To verify a user's email, simply follow the steps shown below.

Note: If a user does not have a verified email they will not be able to receive any messages sent using Buzz's internal Communication Tool. You can also have user's verify their own emails by having them follow the steps shown in this guide: Buzz - User Email Verification

1. Click on the hamburger menu in the top left and go to your Users section.

2. Click on the User ID for the user you wish to verify.

3. Click Verify below their email address (of course, double check that the email is correct).

Note: If you have just created the user, you must first save the user setup, then go back in and click Verify.

That's it, the user's email is verified.
